Kilimanjaro Fund I ('Kilimanjaro') is a U.S. special situations fund formed for the purpose of investing in the securities of companies experiencing financial distress or undergoing transition arising from extraordinary circumstances such as bankruptcy, re-organization, re-capitalization or liquidation. Kilimanjaro’s strategy is to concentrate on secured and senior securities and to use leverage to achieve superior risk adjusted returns.
