In 2005, Impala, took over as senior management (CEO, CFO and 3 other senior roles) for RGIS, LLC, the world’s largest retail inventory services firm. From 2005 to 2009, Impala made numerous strategic changes to improve the business including a complete overhaul of the technology used by the company, expansion into critical overseas markets, launched new product offerings to differentiate services, and restructured field operations. As a result of Impala management, RGIS’ sales increased 15% and its EBITDA increased 82%.
